Job summary

NOOTER Chicago is seeking a Project Coordinator in Warrenton, MO to support construction project execution. You will process field labor timekeeping, verify cost coding, and coordinate with field leadership to resolve discrepancies while supporting payroll and workforce reporting.

You will maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, correspondence, meeting records) and assist with material purchasing, PO administration, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years in project administration, coordination, or controls.
• Experience with labor timekeeping, payroll support, cost coding, or workforce reporting.
• Experience with material purchasing, PO administration, and inventory management.
• Experience maintaining project documents (RFIs, submittals, minutes).
• Knowledge of construction PM processes and document control.

Responsibilities

• Review and process field labor timekeeping records and verify cost coding accuracy.
• Coordinate with field leadership to resolve discrepancies and support payroll/workforce reporting.
• Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, correspondence, meeting records, files).
• Assist with material purchasing, PO administration, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Update and manage project management system data; support audits and compliance.
