As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting construction project execution through labor timekeeping, cost coding, document control, procurement coordination, and project administration. This position helps ensure accurate project reporting, compliance, cost tracking, and record management while serving as a key link between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

A typical day as a Project Coordinator involves supporting multiple aspects of industrial and construction project operations to keep projects organized, compliant, and on schedule. You will review and process field labor timekeeping records, verify cost coding accuracy, coordinate with field leadership to resolve discrepancies, and support payroll and workforce reporting activities. Throughout the day, you will maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, correspondence, meeting records, and project files, ensuring information is current and accessible. You will also assist with material purchasing, purchase order administration, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and project management system updates. Working closely with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and project controls personnel, you will help ensure accurate reporting, support audit and compliance requirements, and contribute to successful project execution through effective organization, communication, and administrative coordination.
