Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead industrial construction efforts from pre-construction planning through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relations while ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency on multiple sites.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, manage risk, review forecasts, and drive performance to meet project objectives and client satisfaction in a dynamic employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Experience in estimating, cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and project financial management.
• Experience leading field teams, subcontractors, and cross-functional personnel.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion.
• Coordinate project teams, field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
• Review project schedules, manpower plans, financial reports, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor quality, safety performance and contract administration across active sites.
• Communicate project status and align stakeholders on objectives.
