Job summary

NOOTER is a construction contractor seeking a Project Coordinator to support industrial project execution. You will process field labor timekeeping, verify cost coding, coordinate with field teams, and assist with payroll and workforce reporting.

You will maintain RFIs, submittals, correspondence, meeting records, and project files, ensuring information is current and accessible. You will also assist with material purchasing, purchase order administration, inventory tracking, vendor

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in project administration, coordination, or controls.
• Experience with labor timekeeping, payroll support, and cost coding.
• Experience with material purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of maintaining project documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Process field labor timekeeping records and verify accuracy.
