Job summary

Pan-Pacific Plumbing Co. in Northern California seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large, complex commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial mechanical construction PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience with large, complex HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong financial and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of large commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, cost control, forecasting, change management, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance, including cost projections and profitability.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contractual standards.
