Job summary

Pan-Pacific Plumbing Co. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead the execution of large, complex commercial full mechanical construction projects in Northern California.

You will drive project planning, scheduling, procurement, cost control and client satisfaction while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial mechanical PM experience, strong knowledge of plumbing systems, and proven ability to manage multiple projects with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical construction project management experience.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Experience with large, complex projects in medical, data centers, or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of large commercial full mechanical construction projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, cost control, forecasting, change management, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance, including cost projections and profitability.
• Coordinate with field leadership to develop manpower plans and schedules.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation.
