Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in California seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC and Plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects from start to finish.

You will manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and vendor coordination, while maintaining direct communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with a mechanical contractor (HVAC/Plumbing)
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam; experience with Quickpen/Accubid preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

We are currently representing a large and growing mechanical contractor specializing inHVAC and Plumbing systems for some of the most high-profile commercial construction projects across California. The company is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee mechanical scopes from start to finish. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills who are looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of HVAC and Plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects
• Oversee project schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billings

Qualifications
