• Manage subcontractors and ensure project delivery on time and budget.
• On small projects, sell, estimate, and run the project.

Mechanical HVAC Project Managerposition in CA Pacifica, CA

We are a large, growing mechanical contractor in the Bay Area and looking for a top-notch mechanical project manager to add to our team. The ideal PM has least 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager. A construction Management Graduate would be preferred but not necessary. We highly prefer someone already in the Bay Area, but willing to consider non-local PMs as well.

Responsibilities of Mechanical HVAC Project Manager:

• Project Administration
• Submittals and RFI’s
• Purchasing Equipment and materials
• Managing project costs and labor
• Estimating and negotiating Change Orders
• Managing subcontractors
• For small project application they would sell, estimate, and run the project.

Requirements for Mechanical HVAC Project Manager:

• 3+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor’sDegree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Prior fieldexperience in commercial HVAC
