Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager to lead commercial projects in California. You will coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and on-site teams, manage schedules, budgets, and change orders to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.

Requirements include 5+ years of Mechanical PM experience and work on commercial Plumbing, Piping or HVAC projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience.
• Experience working on Commercial Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC projects.
• Bachelor's Degree (Construction-related) preferred.
• Prior field experience in Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities of Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager:

• Build/Strengthen our relationship with General Contractors and Owners


• Manage one or multiple commercial mechanical projects
