Qualifications

• Inside sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with customers.
• Able to work well in a team and lead when needed.
• Demonstrates a persuasive teaching style to explain products and services.
• Detail-oriented, accurate in handling orders and records.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations of the building materials distribution center.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Diagnose problems and provide proven solutions.
• Follow up with customers to preserve relationships.
• Support outside sales team members and long-term customers.
• Oversee fulfillment of customer orders and ensure accuracy.
