Sundt Construction, a 100% employee-owned contractor, is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Texas. You will provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to project teams, vendors, and owners, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring accurate documentation end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills are necessary.
• Must be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Two-year accounting degree or equivalent combination of business training and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the project.
• Maintains professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• May supervise and train the Project Secretary and participate in employee development reviews.
• On remote projects, coordinates with Corporate Employment on hiring guidelines, applicant flow logs, pre-employment drug tests, orientation, and separations.
• Sets up and maintains standard project files and coordinates project payables/receivables with Accounting.
