Sundt Careers in Haskell, TX, is seeking a Project Administrator - Data Center Construction to support administrative, secretarial, and clerical tasks on-site. You will interact with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and may supervise a Project Secretary.

This is an entry-level role with growth potential while working in a cornerstone construction team. The position emphasizes accurate record-keeping, billings, and coordination of subcontract and owner payments.

Qualifications

• Two-year accounting degree or equivalent combination of business training and/or related experience.
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists with owner billings and coordinates receipt of owner funds and release of sub payments.
• Assists with project close-out and generates/audits reports including cost components.
• Ensures compliance records (payroll, minority goals, utilization reports) are complete for auditing.
• Maintains Billing Status Report and tracks subcontracts, insurance, liens, and change orders.
• May supervise the Project Secretary and participate in development reviews.
