Job summary

Sundt is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Texas to lead day-to-day field activities, supervise craft crews and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and cost control in alignment with the project schedule.

Position offers progression through Steps I, II, and Sr., with emphasis on safety culture, LEAN planning, and delivery excellence on self-perform work. Competitive benefits and weekly pay included.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in construction.
• Understanding scheduling and cost control; ability to supervise employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in or conduct review of shop drawings and design conflicts, manage quality control and safety responsibilities and subcontractor coordination.
• Assist in selecting equipment, construction methods, and sequencing of operations.
• Lead or participate in subcontractor meetings and LEAN planning.
• Conduct risk management analysis with project leaders for timely mitigation.
• Enforce the project management plan and cost control with daily reporting and change management integration.
• Oversee manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontract activities per the project schedule.
• Prepare and maintain detailed schedules and ensure changes are communicated to the team.
• Review time sheets, quantity reporting, and daily costs for accurate reporting.
