• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains employee health policies aligned with system goals.
• Manages medical surveillance programs and interprets diagnostic tests.
• Monitors worker health trends and leads prevention strategies.
• Coordinates immunization programs and return-to-work processes.
• Maintains confidential health records and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in performance improvement and staff education.
