• Maintain and expand client relationships within the Employee Health & Benefits team.
• Collaborate with sales teams, carriers, and clients to establish and renew benefit plans.
• Lead open enrollment meetings, wellness discussions, and day-to-day service activities.
• Prepare renewal proposals, census reviews, and renewal presentations for decision-makers.
