Job summary

Blue Ridge Associates is seeking an ESOP New Business Consultant I to manage onboarding and implementation of new ESOP plans and takeovers nationwide. You will coordinate records, ensure accurate data, and support a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of ESOP experience with hands-on responsibility in plan administration, onboarding, or implementation functions.
• Experience leading or supporting ESOP plan takeovers or new plan implementations.
• Experience performing plan-level reconciliations (trust vs recordkeeping) and Form 5500.
• Strong Excel data reconciliation and data validation skills.
• Ability to analyze incomplete data and proactively resolve gaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and implementation of new ESOP plans and takeovers from prior providers.
• Coordinate with plan sponsors and prior providers to collect records and documentation.
• Reconcile asset records to recordkeeping reports and Form 5500 data for takeover plans.
• Validate onboarding documentation and participant data for accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize, analyze, and reconcile data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding completion.
• Track progress, identify discrepancies, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities in an agile work environment.
