Job summary

AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to serve as a change agent and partner with facility leadership. The role focuses on workforce planning, policy interpretation, rewards, and development initiatives to advance the mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ.

You will coach leaders through change, ensure compliance with policies, manage onboarding, and lead HR programs at local levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience in a related field.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as change agent and influence at multiple levels.
• Drive employee engagement and change management activities.
• Coach leaders through change management processes.
• Advise on workforce planning, recruitment, development and performance management.
• Lead talent analytics and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure policy compliance and issue resolution.
