Job summary

You will coordinate orientations, track retention data, support communications, and help ensure new hires connect with resources. The role emphasizes collaboration, program administration, and maintaining engagement calendars across the site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with planning and execution of appreciation events, graduations, town halls, and site-wide activities.
• Conduct check-ins and feedback conversations to identify engagement opportunities and retention risks.
• Support HR initiatives to improve morale, communication, and culture.
• Track onboarding metrics and report retention trends to HR leadership.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding-related activities.
• Ensure new hires are connected with resources and support systems.
