Job summary

National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is seeking an Employee Engagement & Learning Specialist to coordinate onboarding, learning, and engagement initiatives across our hybrid work environment. The role focuses on onboarding experiences, development programs, recognition, wellness, and internal communications.

We operate a hybrid work model with a Johns Creek, GA headquarters and minimal on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in HR-related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in employee development, engagement, training, or people operations.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training and evaluating options.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate onboarding including orientation, resources, and learning paths.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen engagement, culture, and retention in a hybrid setting.
• Coordinate recognition, wellness, and engagement programs including awards.
• Support annual engagement survey, check-ins, and action planning.
• Coordinate and facilitate learning programs (workshops, webinars, lunch and learns).
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, and completion records.
• Evaluate learning programs via surveys and metrics.
• Partner with managers to identify development needs.
• Research training vendors and provide opportunities for employees.
