Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, recognition, wellness, or culture initiatives.
• Experience assessing and improving the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Experience analyzing employee feedback data, engagement survey results, and workforce metrics to develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing and delivering communication strategies that promote organizational initiatives and enhance employee engagement.
• Knowledge of employee listening strategies, including surveys, focus groups, and exit interviews.
• Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, training sessions, or organizational development programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with leaders, managers, and employees across diverse organizational units.

Responsibilities

• Assess the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle by collecting and analyzing feedback from various sources, including exit interviews and surveys.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and recommendations for improving the employee experience across the institution.
• Stay informed about developments in employee experience strategies and methodologies to continuously refine the institution's approach.
• Develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, focusing on onboarding, development, and retention.
• Create communication strategies to effectively convey initiatives related to the employee experience and encourage participation among staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Provide individual support and resources to employees seeking to navigate their experience within the institution, enhancing overall satisfaction and engagement.
• Research industry benchmarks and best practices in employee experience to inform the development of new initiatives and programs.
• Prepare reports that summarize findings related to employee experience and present recommendations for enhancements to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
