Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking an HR Program Manager, Employee Services in Atlanta. You will lead planning, execution and continuous improvement of HR programs for engagement, recognition, talent development and HR operations, using feedback and data to improve the employee experience.

You’ll partner with HR leaders and vendors, support LMS and leave programs, ensure compliance, and develop dashboards and reports to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of HR generalist/professional experience.
• 2–3 years in program or project management, data analytics or related experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office suite and ability to analyze moderately complex datasets.
• 1–2 years’ experience with Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead administration and execution of HR programs and initiatives through planning, communications, training, surveys, reporting and data analysis.
• Manage recognition, engagement and survey programs, vendor partnerships, communications and dashboards.
• Serve as LMS administrator, lead learning campaigns, data maintenance and reporting with the LMS team.
• Support leave programs and work accommodations across divisions.
• Conduct routine audits of HR records for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain calendars, budgets, and organizational charts; update intranet content.
