Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
• 2+ years recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced onsite environments is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and staffing requirements with clients.
• Conduct candidate outreach and manage onboarding activities.
• Administer pre-employment screening and ensure compliance.
• Support attendance tracking and employee inquiries.
• Assist with interviews, orientations, and start dates.
