Job summary

TP Mechanical is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Cincinnati. You will support employees and leaders through the lifecycle, delivering a positive and engaging experience while coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.

You'll work with field operations, project leadership, and corporate teams to ensure compliant processes, strong communication, and a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related support.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, recognition, and overall workplace experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and manage lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, leaves, and separations.
• Assist with exit interviews and identify trends affecting retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data.
• Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and pre-employment activities.
• Support workforce planning activities and hiring events.
• Assist leaders with performance management processes and development programs.
