First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking an Staff Employee Experience Specialist to design and evolve enterprise-wide engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

In this role, you will partner across People Organization, Communications, and business leadership to translate feedback into actionable insights, manage the engagement survey program, and drive actions that improve retention, leadership effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience partnering with leaders and driving engagement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage enterprise employee engagement and listening programs.
• Lead engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and lifecycle feedback initiatives.
• Create executive reporting and dashboards for decision-making.
• Partner with HR and leaders to translate feedback into action.
• Lead Employee Champions Network and change enablement efforts.
