First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Staff Employee Experience Specialist to design, manage, and evolve enterprise-wide engagement, listening, and culture initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with People, Corporate Communications, and business leaders to translate feedback into actionable strategies, develop dashboards, and drive culture across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in employee engagement or organizational development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute enterprise employee engagement and listening strategy.
• Lead engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and listening initiatives.
• Analyze engagement data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to drive accountability and action planning.
• Create executive reporting and dashboards to inform decisions.
