Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to bring our culture to life through meaningful communications, resources and events. You will drive onboarding improvements, manage engagement platforms and lead employee listening activities to shape our programs.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver inclusive, engaging experiences for seasonal and year-round staff, fostering belonging and helping people thrive. Flexible location supports remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering employee engagement, training, communications, wellbeing or other people initiatives.
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Learning and Development, Employee Experience or Internal Communications.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for great employee experiences.
• Familiarity with the ski industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and improve a range of employee experience initiatives.
• Manage employee communications and digital engagement apps and platforms.
• Coordinate employee events and Street Team activations.
• Contribute to onboarding experiences and listening programs.
• Support DEI, training events and other engagement programs.
• Provide reporting, insights and continuous improvement across employee experience programs.
