Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant to assist guests booking Epic vacations at our renowned resorts. This inbound call center role guides guests through the booking process and ensures a seamless, high-quality experience.

You will use multiple systems to enter data, provide pricing and policy details, and deliver personalized recommendations while maintaining accuracy. Remote work is supported across multiple states and territories with seasonal winter employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Sales and Service experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and enter data accurately while assisting guests.
• Fluent English communication (read, write, speak).
• Fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• High-speed internet and dedicated home office.
• Must live in a state/territory Vail Resorts operates in.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with booking vacation packages, including lodging accommodations and mountain products.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely information regarding resort offerings, pricing, availability and policies.
• Deliver personalized recommendations to enhance the guest booking experience.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all bookings.
• Document all guest interactions accurately within internal systems.
• Collaborate with guests and colleagues in multiple time zones.
