Vail Resorts is seeking a Winter Seasonal Sr. Housing Coordinator to enhance resident experiences and support housing operations for employees. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing housing processes, and coordinating communications and move-in/out activities.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and a safe, welcoming community for residents, with flexibility to adapt to seasonal priorities and project work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in guest services or a related role demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1+ years’ experience managing and maintaining data with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for residents by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support housing-related programs, communications, and engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate communications, move-in/move-out updates, and notices.
• Assist with documentation, compliance, and audits of housing policies and processes.
• Collaborate across teams to address resident needs and maintain a safe, inclusive living environment.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
