Vail Resorts Corporate is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant for winter seasonal coverage. You will handle inbound bookings for Epic vacation packages, guiding guests through the process in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, with a wage of $20/hr and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting guests with lodging and mountain products, offering accurate pricing and policies, and maintaining precise records across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Sales and Service experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with booking vacation packages, including lodging accommodations and mountain products.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely information regarding resort offerings, pricing, availability and policies.
• Deliver personalized recommendations to enhance the guest booking experience.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all bookings.
• Document all guest interactions accurately within internal systems.
• Collaborate with guests and colleagues in multiple time zones.
