Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a People Experience Partner to design, deliver, and improve employee experience initiatives across the full lifecycle. You’ll lead the listening strategy, including annual surveys, and translate results into actionable insights with leaders.

The role blends program management with HRBP partnership within the Talent Management team, championing people-first initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in People & HR, employee experience, talent management, or program management.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee listening and engagement programs (surveys, focus groups, pulse checks).
• Analyze survey data and translate insights into actionable plans for leaders.
• Partner with HRBPs to drive onboarding, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Build dashboards and scorecards to track engagement and program impact.
• Manage end-to-end People Experience programs with budgets and vendors.
