Job summary

tastytrade in Chicago seeks a People Experience Partner to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee experience programs across the lifecycle. You’ll lead listening strategies, including annual engagement surveys, turning data into insights and action plans with people leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in People & HR, employee experience, talent management, or program/project management.
• Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and embeddingPeople Experience in the business.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into narratives and recommendations.
• Excellent project management with multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday, Paylocity, ADP, LinkedIn), survey tools, and data viz tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or PMP certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of employee engagement surveys and tracking.
• Analyze survey results to identify themes and actionable insights for leaders.
• Build action plans with HRBPs to respond to findings and measure improvements.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and readouts for decision-making.
• Benchmark results against industry norms and coordinate pulse surveys.
• Design onboarding with Talent Acquisition and facilitate succession planning discussions.
• Manage manager development training and external training vendors.
