Job summary

tastytrade, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a People Experience Partner to own programs shaping the employee experience across the lifecycle. You will drive employee listening strategies, lead survey administration, and translate results into actionable insights with leaders.

You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to build action plans, develop dashboards, and benchmark against industry norms. This role blends program management with HRBP partnership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business or equivalent experience.
3–6+ years in People & HR, employee experience, talent management, or program management.
Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and embedding People Experience in the business.
Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent project management and multi-initiative handling in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, Paylocity, ADP, LinkedIn) and data-visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end administration of the organization's employee engagement surveys.
Analyze survey results to identify themes and root causes for leaders.
Build and track action plans with HRBPs and ensure accountability.
Develop dashboards and scorecards for decision-making.
Coordinate pulse surveys and focus groups to monitor progress.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on onboarding experiences for new hires.
Manage annual engagement budget and measure impact.
