You will lead storytelling, editorial planning, and a broadcast studio initiative to engage employees across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong writing, project management, and relationship-building skills, with experience coordinating with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
• Experience in Internal or Corporate Communications required.
• Proven track record of impactful engagement programs and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive U.S. employee-focused communication across internal channels.
• Serve as internal editor advising and aligning communication planning and storytelling.
• Measure effectiveness via surveys and metrics for 360-degree feedback.
• Lead development and launch of company-wide employee newsletter and coordinate production.
• Build AI fluency and adoption for internal communications.
