Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a seasoned Internal Communications & Employee Engagement leader in New York with a strong track record in corporate communications. You will shape the internal narrative, craft leadership messaging, and manage cross-functional programs that connect employees to the company mission and priorities.

You will partner with HR, Legal and IR to ensure consistent, timely communications, lead events and digital channels, and manage a multi-channel editorial calendar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public affairs and/or issues management.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, personal care, retail, luxury or related industry preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Experience advising senior executives in high-stakes situations.
• Ability to operate at pace and manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the region VP, develop and execute an internal communications strategy.
• Lead internal communications across leadership messaging, live events, digital channels and emerging platforms.
• Stay ahead of information consumption, selecting tools and cadences.
• Partner with HR, Legal, IR and other counterparts for alignment across the enterprise.
• Design and lead initiatives to promote business priorities, culture, retention and recognition.
