• Strong writing, editing and proofreading with adaptable tone.
• Experience supporting communications for a commercial/retail population.
• Excellent project coordination, managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and publish content for internal channels and newsletters.
• Support development of toolkits, talking points and leadership messages.
• Manage regional editorial calendars and publishing schedules.
• Create multimedia content and employee storytelling initiatives.
• Coordinate with Global Corporate Communications, Retail Operations and People & Development.
• Track analytics, survey feedback and engagement metrics.
• Assist employee engagement programs and regional events (Town Halls, AMA, In Conversation).
