Responsibilities

• Maintain records and coordinate project documentation.
• Coordinate effective meetings and follow up on tasks.
• Supervise subordinates and manage Mission Office tools.
• Provide training on internal communication tools and best practices.
• Create content for newsletters and internal communications.
• Publicize achievements and results locally and across the organization.
• Plan and coordinate staff volunteering activities and community outreach.
• Contribute to budget coordination and reporting obligations.
