Job summary

You will collaborate with corporate teams, supervise project execution, and ensure accurate records while fostering a values-driven workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the Mission Office activities.
• Coordinate weekly and biweekly meetings with the Local Committee and MANCOM.
• Facilitate internal communications strategy and employee engagement.
• Develop content for newsletters, social channels, and internal sites.
• Maintain records and dashboards for projects and activities.
• Support budgets and volunteer or subsidy programs across site.
• Ensure accessibility of mission goals and values to all staff.
