JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Employee Engagement Consultant to coordinate engagement activities, events, platforms, initiatives, and surveys across the network. This role supports the Manager Talent Programs and collaborates with HR across locations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of event facilitation experience, or a HS diploma with 6+ years of comparable experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 2 plus years of experience facilitating events.

Responsabilités

• Develops, implements, and facilitates engagement events and activities to ensure strong participation, satisfaction, and budget alignment.
• Serves as a Rewards & Recognition (R&R) portal super-user, leveraging programs in support of engagement strategy.
• Tracks attendance and metrics, and produces data, reports, and summaries.
• Serves as an Engagement SME, assisting leaders in ideas and strategies to bolster engagement.
• Identifies needs and offers solutions including educational opportunities, toolkits, and resources.
• Supports Talent Manager with annual and pulse surveys, including platform knowledge and reporting.
• Leads engagement platforms, events, campaigns, and programs under the manager’s direction.
• Creates outlines for Communications team to ensure brand guideline compliance and on-time deliverables.
