Qualfon Philippines is seeking an End User Computing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the End User Computing team at our Irving, TX facility. You will lead service delivery, drive team performance, and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, device lifecycle management, and adherence to security and asset management practices, with a focus on timely issue resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical support or end user computing team.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms like Intune and AD basics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team responsible for end user computing services and desktop support.
• Set and monitor team goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate team schedules for appropriate coverage and timely support.
• Manage device inventory including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories.
