ServiceNow in San Diego is seeking an Employee Communications Specialist to drive global employee engagement and connect thousands of colleagues through strategic programs and compelling content.

You will own the quarterly Global Employee Brain Break, manage flagship events like town halls, and lead global giveaway campaigns. The role emphasizes writing, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration for a dynamic, learning‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, PR or related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• 3+ years in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Ability to own large, complex workstreams independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communications across audiences.
• Self-starter who learns quickly in ambiguity.
• Resourceful and able to prioritize fast-paced workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly Global Employee Brain Break program, including strategy, logistics and content.
• Own end-to-end employee giveaway program across global campaigns.
• Content creation and writing for key programs (briefing docs, scripts, campaigns).
• Oversee large-scale swag projects for ~30K employees, including vendor management.
• Assist with cultural moments and milestone employee experiences.
• Co-own the corporate calendar and scheduling of all employee events.
• Responsible for our email alias including responding and triaging messages.
