Qualifications

• 2+ years in internal/employee communications
• Strong editing, proofreading, quality-control and planning skills
• Experience with intranet platforms and email/newsletter systems
• Ability to use AI and emerging tools in workflows
• Analytical mindset for engagement data insights

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive quality-control checkpoint for employee communications, reviewing for accuracy and alignment with source materials
• Edit, proofread and conduct final quality checks on newsletters, emails, intranet content and other employee communications
• Review communications to identify gaps, conflicting information and potential questions
• Use AI thoughtfully to improve efficiency while keeping content authentic
• Build relationships across the business to uncover stories and connect employees to AmeriLife's mission
