Our direct client has a need for an Employee Communications Consultant for a 1 year contract.
Employee Communications Consultant, you will support the Head of PR & Employee Communications and the Senior Employee Communications Managers in driving effective and efficient communications for the client's North America organization, distilling and disseminating its vision, mission, values, brand and strategy.

Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will craft compelling messages, develop integrated strategies, and deliver impactful content that engages employees, empowers leaders, and reinforces our culture.
- You will play a key role in elevating impactful employee and patient stories that inspire connection to our mission and to one another.
- Connect employees to the five-year Diagnostics strategy, making our shared purpose clear and meaningful through engaging content and visual storytelling.
- Design and deliver internal and change communications that drive employee engagement, build community, advance business priorities, and strengthen culture.
- Support development and implementation of holistic communications for employees across the enterprise through town halls, intranet, digital signage, internal emails, and websites.
- Craft executive communications that align with and advance business strategies.
- Provide training and support for the all-in-one employee communications platform and manage incoming requests for employee communications channels.
- Gather insights through surveys and employee feedback to inform future communications.
- Serve as a collaborative partner with colleagues across the organization to drive integrated communications execution.
Who You Are
- We are looking for a seasoned communicator who is passionate about connecting employees to company strategy, everyday work and to one another in creative and compelling ways.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Has 3-5 years communications, journalism, marketing or related business experience
- Has demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple high-priority projects
- Has excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven excellence in writing, communications planning, strategy and visual storytelling, including backend technical aspects of communications platforms
- Proven experience in internal and change management communications and ability to influence peers, leaders and stakeholders
- Experience in providing communications and support in a highly-matrixed organization
- Experience in providing communications support for large-scale organizational transformations
- Experience leading communications to a wide range of audiences, including field-based and on-site employees
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with various levels of employees
- High level of personal accountability, sense of urgency and true belief in the power of communications
