Job summary

Lambda is seeking a versatile content professional to own employee-facing content across onboarding guides, FAQs, and policy pages. You will write, edit, audit, and standardize tone and format, ensuring information is easy to find and consistently presented.

You’ll partner with HR and Talent to keep content aligned with growth and culture. You’ll help turn chaos into clarity as Lambda scales, bringing order to scattered information and measuring impact through usage and feedback.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in writing, content, or program coordination.
• Experience auditing and organizing employee-facing content.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.
• Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos.
• Set consistent tone, voice, and format across content.
• Organize content so employees can find answers.
• Fix pages and processes when something isn’t working.
• Track usage and feedback to see what’s working and what isn’t.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent on shared content.
