Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Comfort building style guides and content standards.
• A sharp eye for outdated or hard-to-find content.
• Comfort tracking metrics like page views, clicks, comments, reactions.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.
• Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos.
• Set consistent tone, voice, and format across content.
• Organize content so employees can find answers.
• Fix pages and processes when something isn’t working.
• Track usage and feedback to see what’s working and what isn’t.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent on shared content.
