• Proven relationship-building and professional communication skills.
• Comfort interfacing with top management and negotiating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing of a designated book of business including renewal, marketing, and client service.
• Manage client engagements and projects; align resources and expectations.
• Produce RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and present client reports with recommendations.
• Interpret plan offerings to meet clients’ risk tolerance.
• Influence client strategic direction and decision-making processes.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the team on projects.
