Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of employee benefits client services experience.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits, services, programs, and marketing elements.
• Ability to analyze renewal projections for fully insured and self-funded clients.
• Understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the servicing of a designated book of business related to renewal, marketing, and client service.
• Manage client engagements and projects; identify and secure resources, manage client and stakeholder expectations, and proactively understand client requirements and needs.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting advice, including producing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), coordinating vendor responses, analyzing and comparing RFP responses, preparing & presenting client reports with recommendations.
• Interpret and evaluate plan offerings to ensure adequate coverage for clients’ identified risk tolerance.
• Influence client strategic and tactical direction and decision-making processes.
