World Insurance Associates is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer) to build relationships, generate new business, and close employee benefits opportunities for organizations of all sizes.

Leveraging World’s expansive platform, you’ll help clients design competitive benefits programs while uncovering opportunities to deliver additional value through commercial insurance, personal insurance, retirement plans, payroll, and HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and consultative sales.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, and client engagement skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and insurer software such as AMS360/Applied Epic.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate new employee benefits business.
• Develop and execute strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain HubSpot records and leverage the platform to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive employee benefits and workforce solutions using World’s portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal resources to develop customized employee benefits strategies and solutions.
