Job summary

Reliance Matrix in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a sales professional to handle group employee benefit sales within an assigned territory. You will collaborate with producers and brokers to meet sales goals, develop broker relationships, and service policyholders as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and a minimum of five years’ group employee benefit sales experience. Base pay ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, with additional commissions, benefits,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years previous group employee benefit sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service of Group Products to producers within assigned territory.
• Responsible for the sales of Company products, achieving sales goals by line of business.
• Develop brokers within sales territory.
• Adherence to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures.
• Adherence to underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.
• Provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the general operation of sales office functions as requested.
