Job summary

Reliance Matrix in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a sales professional to drive group employee benefit sales within an assigned territory. You will sell company products to producers, achieve sales goals by line of business, and develop brokers to grow market share.

The role supports field and home office operations, adheres to underwriting guidelines, and may offer flexible work location for eligible roles with hybrid arrangements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Related Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relevant Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years previous group employee benefit sales experience.

The expected hiring range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Milwaukee, WI). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
