Reliance Matrix is seeking a results-oriented sales professional for group employee benefits in Schaumburg, IL. You will drive sales and service of group products, develop brokers, and ensure profitable business while following underwriting and admin procedures.

The role supports regional office operations and may include flexible work arrangements. The position prioritizes travel up to 50% and base pay in a competitive range, with an emphasis on meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience. This request may be waived for exceptional candidates from outside of the group employee benefit industry on a case by case basis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service of Group Products to producers within the assigned territory.
• Responsible for sales of Company products, achieving sales goals by line of business.
• Responsible for development of brokers within the sales territory.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the general operation of sales office functions.
